We’ll work with you to create a plan to give you the smile you want at a price you can afford. Some of the processes we use are:

Invisalign (for straitening teeth):

You don’t have to walk around for months with metal braces or the dreaded metal mouth anymore! We now have a nearly invisible brace called Invisalign®. It’s an appliance you wear and remove. It’s custom made for your mouth, is comfortable and eliminates the shock of metal display and the common problem of metal allergies so many people have.

Bridges, Crowns and Implants:

Missing teeth ruin many smiles. Part of a smile makeover may include giving you back that tooth or teeth through implants, bridges or crowns.

Tooth Veneers:

Once you lose that bright white surface of the tooth it’s often impossible to restore, unless you have tooth veneers installed. Tooth or dental veneers are wafer-thin, custom-made shells of tooth-coloured ceramic.
Veneers are designed to cover the front surface of your teeth to improve your appearance. The veneers are permanently bonded to the front of your teeth. Veneers change the colour, shape and even the size or length of your teeth, giving you a younger, fresher, better-looking smile.

Gum Contouring:

For many reasons some people have gums that ride too low, or too high on their teeth. This can make the teeth look too small, or too large. Gum contouring can shape the gum line, improving the appearance of your smile. Gums may recede because of disease, genetics or even medication you may be taking. Gum contouring helps cover the teeth in a way that enhances your smile and keeps your teeth healthy.

You probably won’t need all of these procedures, few people do. But one or more of them can change your mouth, smile and most importantly your life for the better.

EPIC Laser Teeth Whitening

Are your teeth looking too yellow ?

Teeth Whitening procedures are used to brighten the appearance of a patient’s smile – sometimes by as many as 5 to 10 shades in a single session. We provide teeth whitening in the clinic. In comparison to over-the-counter teeth whitening treatments, professional whitening uses better whitening agents that deliver faster and more effective results.

" At Therapeuo, you will get an EPIC Laser Teeth Whitening which is the fastest method of teeth whitening available today (15 minutes versus 1 hour for conventional tooth whitening). "

Other advantages of Epic Laser Whitening :

  •  The acid gel is on your teeth only for 8 minutes as compared to 45 minutes conventionally.
  •  Gentler than conventional whitening. People with sensitive teeth can undergo the treatment.
  •  Increased efficacy of the whitening gel.

Frequently Asked Questions

You may be a candidate for professional Laser Teeth Whitening if you are experiencing discolouration, but otherwise have healthy teeth and healthy gums. Some patients, such as those who are pregnant, may not be candidates for professional teeth whitening. Schedule a consultation with us to find out if Laser Teeth Whitening could be right for you.

The EPIC Laser Teeth Whitening begins with a thorough cleaning and polishing of the teeth. After all the debris has been carefully removed we will proceed to protect your gums before applying a whitening agent to the surface of your teeth. The product will be activated and left on the teeth for only 4 cycles of 2 minutes each (total 8 minutes).

Your results will vary according to the natural shade of your teeth and degree of discolouration, but it is normal for patients to experience a lightening of atleast 6 shades or more in a single visit.

General care :-

You rarely might experience some tooth sensitivity following an EPIC Teeth Whitening Treatment. Depending on your results and long-term teeth whitening goals, you may also be sent home from your procedure with an at-home whitening kit for later use.

Don’t :-

You are advised to avoid consuming highly pigmented foods and beverages for at least 24 hours to prevent the teeth from becoming stained again. Examples include turmeric, tea, coffee, wine and aerated beverages.

Did You
Know ?

Teeth naturally darken as we age. Furthermore, certain foods, beverages, medications and habits can contribute to a darker, yellowed, or stained smile. However, it is possible to erase years of stains in a single professional whitening session and sustain those results for many years with proper maintenance.

Gummy Smile Correction

Have a gummy smile ?

Many people have come to accept their gummy smile. Those who have not been able to do so often bear great shame and disappointment. If this describes your scenario, then it’s time to act and consider Gummy Smile Correction.

At Therapeuo, Gummy Smile Correction will be done using a soft tissue laser. This will make the procedure much gentler on your tissue, reducing the recovery time and help you achieve better results faster.Combined with almost no discomfort, dental laser treatment is the best available option to cut away excessive gum tissue.

Furthermore, the advanced technology of dental laser seals up the blood vessels automatically resulting in less swelling and blood during and after treatment.

Causes of Gummy Smiles :

Gummy smiles are caused by an assortment of various issues with both, your teeth and gums:

  •   Size and shape of teeth.
  •   Excessive gum tissue present
  •   Amount of gum tissue displayed.
  •   Length of upper lip.

Frequently Asked Questions

A “gummy smile” occurs when too much gum tissue (in technical terms, over 2 milli meters) is visible in the smile. Different people have different ideas about when this issue becomes a problem, but if you feel it detracts from your appearance, then you are a candidate for gummy smile correction.

During your visit, your gums and teeth will be anaesthetised with a local anaesthetic near the site of correction. Once the area is numb, the excessive tissue will be removed via a soft tissue laser and the gums will be contoured to the desired shape.

What makes it more comfortable is that the laser does not produce any sort of vibration or heat. The dentist also makes use of a gentle spray of water to keep it smooth and steady.

In most cases this procedure is done in tandem with the placement of dental veneers.

Post-operative care following a gummy smile corrective procedure is essential for healing and preventing complications.

Activity :

After leaving our dental clinic post treatment, we suggest you consider relaxing or at least limiting your activity as much as possible for the remainder of the day. Avoid strenuous activity and aerobic exercise for the next 3 days.

Oral Hygiene :

Brushing and oral hygiene procedures should continue as usual in all untreated areas. In exposed, operated areas, limit your oral hygiene to brushing using a soft bristled toothbrush. In areas covered by periodontal dressing, brush only the chewing surfaces of teeth. Avoid dental flossing in operated areas during the first week following surgery. Undiluted medicated mouthwash, salt water or peroxide rinses should be used during the first week following surgery. Also avoid the use of water irrigation devices such as Water-pik for 1 month following surgery. The exposed operated areas should be gently swabbed with a cotton bud saturated with Betadine or Chlorhexidineas as a last oral hygiene procedure at bedtime and again in the morning, after eating and drinking.

Do's :

Some discomfort may be present when the anesthesia wears off. You will be given a prescription for an anti-inflammatory analgesic. If the pain does not subside please do call us and we will guide you further.

It is normal for some swelling to occur after surgery, particularly in the lower jaw. To minimize swelling after surgery, apply an ice bag wrapped in a light tea towel or handkerchief on the outside of your face over the operated area. This should be left on your face for about 20 minutes, then removed for 20 minutes, or alternated from side-to-side, between operated areas, for 2-3 hours after surgery. Use of both ice and the medicine as described above will reduce the amount and duration of facial swelling.

It is common to have slight bleeding for a few hours following periodontal surgery. If bleeding persists, apply a tea bag to the surgical site with firm but gentle pressure for 15-20 minutes. Rest yourself for 15 minutes then repeat the application of the tea bag for a second time if you still have slight bleeding. If excessive bleeding continues, please call our clinic. Remember, most of the blood you may see in your mouth is actually a little bit of blood mixed with a lot of saliva. Blood is a very strong “dye” and a little bit of blood will color your saliva dramatically.

If you are prescribed an antibiotic, it is important that you complete the course of treatment to prevent infection.

Dont's :

Do not eat until all the anesthesia (numbness) has worn off.

Avoid spicy, salty, acidic, very hot or very cold foods or liquids.

Avoid nuts, chips or other crunchy or fibrous foods which may become caught between your teeth.

No smoking, drinking through a straw and no carbonated or alcoholic beverages for 48 hours following surgery.

If you normally wear a removable appliance which replaces missing teeth, and it rests on the operated area, it is best to minimize the use of this appliance as any pressure on the surgical site could be detrimental to healing and cause discomfort.

Did You
Know ?

When a person smiles, it is normal for the teeth and just a small amount of gums to be visible. Your gum tissue is like a frame that provides form and shape to the top of your tooth. Those with a gummy smile, however, show an excessive amount of gums when they smile. A gummy smile is clinically diagnosed as showing more than 2 milli meters of upper gum when smiling.

Healthy Confident & Beautiful Smile (DSD)

Before Healthy Confident & Beautiful Smile

After Healthy Confident & Beautiful Smile

When you’re unhappy with your smile, it’s hard to feel confident. Taking photographs, talking to others, and meeting new people can all feel like a challenge if you don’t want others to see your smile. With Digital Smile Design (DSD), you can get your confidence back while enjoying a more positive dental experience.

With Dental Smile Design, we seek to present the world a new face of dentistry. Digitally designed face is not only more human, emotional and artistic – but also efficient and precise through advance technology.

Frequently Asked Questions

DSD is a unique dental planning tool that allows us to provide you with a diagnostic vision, enhances predictability, and improves communication. A treatment plan is completely based on a thorough analysis of your dental and facial proportions. Through the use of videos, photographs, and temporary mock-ups, we can get a better sense of the relationship between the lips, gums, and teeth, as well as how they work together to create your smile.

By studying your face and teeth, we can design a unique smile for you on a computer - digitally.

Your smile is important to the way you look and feel, so if you’re always trying to hide your teeth, you may not be portraying yourself in a very positive light. Additionally, every person is unique and has his or her own set of needs and wants out of the patient’s treatment. Applying a one-size-fits-all treatment plan isn’t going to provide the same results to each individual situation.

With DSD, you’re not limited to a single course of treatment. Instead, the focus is on what you want and need. Those expectations are then applied to your treatment plan. When your treatment is complete, you’ll have a beautiful and natural smile that complements your features and helps you feel more confident in the way you look.

DSD allows you to get involved in creating their ideal smile, before starting any dental treatment.
You have a chance to preview the new smile in real time. DSD also gives an opportunity to you to visually choose which treatment plan suits your budget as well as smile you truly desire.

One of the best aspects of DSD is the fact that just about any patient is a good candidate for the treatment. The concept is based on the analysis of your dental and facial dimensions. This happens through the use of high-quality digital videos and photographs, allowing us to understand the relationship between your lips, gums, and teeth. From there, you’ll be heavily involved in the planning phase. What you see in this phase is what your smile will ultimately look like after the procedure is complete.

If you’ve always wanted to change something about your smile, this is the time to bring up your wants and needs. You’re in the driver’s seat, working with us for a better result.

In the first dental visit, a few photos and videos of your face are taken. We the smile designer’s will then design your new smile digitally. In the second dental visit; you will be shown your new custom-made smile and an opportunity to review it with us live and in real time.

Upon approval, we will begin the restoration process. This often involves keeping the mock-up or model in your mouth as a preparation guide. Any fragments or damaged teeth will be removed, and restored teeth will be placed as implants or veneers. We will restore each individual tooth before moving on to the next. Finally, the process is finished with a polishing treatment that will help your teeth look shiny and clean.

Although other dental providers and treatment plans may use certain aspects of digital imaging or software, most don’t have access to a full solution like DSD such as us. Therefore, the predictability element is lost because the dentist may not be able to tell you exactly what your smile will look like at the end of the procedure. Using DSD helps to remove the struggle with miscommunication or unanswered questions due to a lack of clarity. This is because you and our team members will be on the same page.

Digital Smile Design is one of the leading forefronts of dental technology, ensuring a dental care treatment that is best for each patient. With DSD, you’ll be on your way to creating a treatment plan that is unique to your dental needs and will give you the smile you deserve.

Dental Veneers

Do your teeth need enhancing ?

Dental veneers, also known as 'laminates' are used to cosmetically enhance the appearance of one or more teeth.

Veneers are extremely thin (as thin as 0.3mm), porcelain shells that are customised for a desirable colour and shape. They are bonded to the surface of the teeth to reshape broken, misshapen or irregular teeth, as well as provide a solution for discoloured teeth that do not respond to traditional whitening treatments. We give our patients veneers that typically achieve a natural tooth appearance, is well-tolerated by the gums and also resistant to future stains.

Treatment Costs :
Rs. 12000 - 16000 per veneer

Average Treatment Time :
45 Mins to 1:30 hour

Average No. of Sittings :
Two or Three Sittings

Frequently Asked Questions

Dental veneers may be right for you if you are looking for an alternative to crowns and caps for the front teeth. Veneers can help you if you have gaps between your teeth or teeth that are broken, chipped, irregularly shaped or misaligned. To find out more about whether dental veneers are right for you, contact us at Therapeuo to schedule a consultation.

Before dental veneers can be placed on the teeth, the surface of the teeth must be prepared for bonding. We will buff away approximately half a milli meter from the surface of the teeth. A mould will be made to form your veneers in a dental lab. When the veneers are ready, they will be fitted, bonded and adjusted for shape and colour. You will be given temporary veneers during this waiting period.

There is no special care required for dental veneers, and normal brushing and flossing can be resumed immediately. Since veneers are usually placed over the course of two appointments, it is normal to experience some sensitivity between the first and second visit when the teeth have been reduced in preparation for bonding.
